At New Leaf Property Solutions LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and service adjustments are handled.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A re-clean of the areas in question

  • A partial or full refund

  • A service credit toward a future appointment

Our goal is to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered when:

  • The service was not performed as agreed

  • A portion of the service was missed or incomplete

  • There was a clear quality issue reported within 24 hours

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Issues reported more than 24 hours after service completion

  • Normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions

  • Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations or undisclosed conditions

  • Situations where access to the property was restricted or inaccurate information was provided

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee and are not eligible for refunds.

Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are happy to review and correct any billing errors.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original form of payment whenever possible. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
